Victor’s men managed to do their work with minimal disruption and were at all times polite, obliging, punctual and organized. They cleaned up the site daily and completed the job on time. Victor’s budget was both reasonable and accurate, and I appreciate the significant amount of time he gave to going over plans and explaining budget details. His custom service can’t be beat.
