We wanted to express our appreciation for your integrity and professionalism related to our renovation. It is seldom that renovators come in on budget and on time, but you managed to do just that while delivering a very high quality of craftmanship. Your staff were both friendly and accommodating, and we greatly appreciated their attention to keeping the remainder of our house as clean as possible and with little disruption throughout the three-month renovation. You managed a smile at our frequent requests and always took time to keep us apprised of questions, issues and next steps. The renovation on our ‘Heritage Home’ was somewhat complicated – involving an engineer, an architect, the Heritage “rules and regulations’ and several building permits, but you remained unflappable and positive throughout the process. We chose you over other contractors (who gave lower quotes on the work) because we felt that you understood the complexity of the project and would delivering a quality result. You did not let us down Vic, thank you. If we ever consider doing the other half of the upstairs, we will certainly be contacting you to do the work.

Victor’s construction company did work on our deck roof and gutters in the fall of last year. They did an excellent job and left the site clean and with everything in good order. We found them to be very consciences, hard working and courteous. Due to high-winds, damage was subsequently suffered to the roof. We called Victor, his response was immediate and thorough. In order to provide separate living space for our developmentally challenged daughter and roommate, we recently had a major renovation to our home. By completing a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with full kitchen facilities and living room constructed by Pross Construction. The project required removal of the roof of the garage and adding a floor above to provide the bedroom areas and the demo and refurbishing of two existing rooms in the house to join up with the upstairs bedrooms. My wife and I were pleased right from the first meeting with Victor Pross with the professionalism, honesty and up-to-date technical information that were given. Although, as with any project of this magnitude, we were confronted with unforeseen building challenges and adjustment. Victor was always there to provide clear and fair answers to the questions that we had and reliable solutions to the challenges of the job. All aspects of the project were coordinated by Victor and the trades people working with Pross Construction were approachable and reliable. The workmanship and attention to detail, both to meet codes and to provide functional living space for the suite was exceptional. Schedules were well planned and the job proceeded on time. The finished project is a wonderful addition to our home – a legal secondary suite that is beautiful, functional and finished with all the detailed touches that make for a pleasant and attractive living space. It has added to the value o our home and has given us peace of mind to know that the construction has been done competently and professionally. Our office made the decision to move to a new and larger location. With very little time to prepare, we hired Pross Renovations to completely renovate our new office so that it would better suit the needs of our clientele. With short notice, a few months, Victor and his team worked around the clock to finish our office in time. Pross Renovations is a very professional company and handled any sudden changes with ease.
