In order to provide separate living space for our developmentally challenged daughter and roommate, we recently had a major renovation to our home. By completing a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with full kitchen facilities and living room constructed by Pross Construction. The project required removal of the roof of the garage and adding a floor above to provide the bedroom areas and the demo and refurbishing of two existing rooms in the house to join up with the upstairs bedrooms.

My wife and I were pleased right from the first meeting with Victor Pross with the professionalism, honesty and up-to-date technical information that were given. Although, as with any project of this magnitude, we were confronted with unforeseen building challenges and adjustment. Victor was always there to provide clear and fair answers to the questions that we had and reliable solutions to the challenges of the job. All aspects of the project were coordinated by Victor and the trades people working with Pross Construction were approachable and reliable. The workmanship and attention to detail, both to meet codes and to provide functional living space for the suite was exceptional. Schedules were well planned and the job proceeded on time. The finished project is a wonderful addition to our home – a legal secondary suite that is beautiful, functional and finished with all the detailed touches that make for a pleasant and attractive living space. It has added to the value o our home and has given us peace of mind to know that the construction has been done competently and professionally.
