Pross Renovations Ltd. runs this site. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you fill in the quote form. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers.

When you send the quote form you give us your name, your phone number, your email address, the room or service you picked, and whatever you write about the job.

Where it goes

To our inbox at info@prossreno.com. Depending on your device, the form either opens your own email app with the message ready to send, or passes it to Formspree, a form delivery service that forwards it to us and holds a copy for us to read. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

Long enough to quote the work, do it, and answer questions about it afterwards, the way any contractor keeps job records. If you want your enquiry deleted, email us and we will delete it.

The things every website sees

Our host keeps the usual server logs: the IP address asking for a page, the time, the page and the browser. Those keep the site up and help us look into problems.

The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when the fonts load.

Your rights

British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. Email info@prossreno.com or call 250-883-5333. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can take it to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
