Terms of use

Plain terms for using this site. The work we do for you is governed by the contract you sign, not by this page.

Who we are

Pross Renovations Ltd., a renovation contractor working in Victoria, Saanich, Sidney, Duncan, Mill Bay and the areas between. 250-883-5333, info@prossreno.com.

What is on this site

Descriptions of the work we do, photographs of jobs we have finished, and reviews from the people we did them for. A few images are illustrations rather than photographs of our own jobs, and the page they sit on says so.

Quotes and prices

Nothing here is a quote or an offer. Every job is priced in writing after we have seen it, and that written quote is the one that counts. Any timing mentioned on this site is general. The signed contract for your job sets the price, the schedule and what is included, and it stands ahead of anything written here.

Using the site

Read it, print it, link to it. The words, photographs and the logo are ours, so please do not republish them as your own.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always reachable, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it. None of that limits what we owe you for the work we do under a contract, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with it.
