We pull the permits, book the inspections, and test older homes for asbestos before anything gets cut.

The same crew every day. Dust walls up, site swept every evening, and a call the moment anything behind a wall changes the plan.

We go through every room together with the punch list. Nothing is done until you say it is.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?
Most interior renovations take four to eight weeks. Bigger projects run several months. You get the timeline in writing before we start, and you hear the same day if anything changes it.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull every permit and book every inspection, so the work meets code and you have the paperwork when you sell.
How does payment work?
In installments tied to project milestones, each one spelled out in the estimate before you sign.
Our house is from the 1960s. Is that a problem?
It is normal here. Homes built before the mid-1970s often have asbestos in the flooring, drywall mud or ceiling texture. We are certified to test for it and remove it, so the job never stalls on a surprise.
Who will actually be in my house?
Victor and his own crew run the job every day. Licensed electricians and plumbers come in when their part is up, and Victor is there when they do.
